This is most interesting to me. Now we are getting into real nitty gritty details. Seems the initial waiver will be for 12+ aged patients. I feel the over prescribe of unnecessary antibiotics would be very high in under 12s, as well. So one will assume if the first 12+ waiver gets up (with $2.9 mill from BARDA coming in to cover the study), the study will roll into the next under 12 group.
FYI this shows how wrong I was to poo poo the waiver study. The fact they did the cap raise to prove they will do it, likely was a big catalyst for the BARDA money. Now with the $3.5 mill they raised for study, the cap raise, they dont need to spend it, so they can do a buy back (too soon? )
