    That level of support from the US Government should have seen this take off 30%.

    The market is just oblivious to the nature of these deals.


    I don't know why this, and the explanation of the grant (and the extra amount) were not spelt out clearly in the original BARDA related announcement.

    No wonder the market is oblivious to the value of this news!
