What you are failing to grasp is that in its current format, the "trained professionals" still need to be "trained" on how to use the product. Paul Kase even said so in his recent webinar. If people want to buy the product or source the product from Lumos, they need to go through paperwork and clearances to even order the tests. CLIA waiver removes this.

Also, don't mean to be a smartass here, however, "It takes literally 20 minutes for an in-hospital test - not just to separate Viral from Bacterial, but to additionally identify the particular bacteria and suggest the appropriate treatment."
