Ann: Lumos completes $4.75m Placement and launches SPP, page-78

Mixed sentiments about the update:
- Doug comes across as a safe pair of hands being realistic about the challenges on the path ahead and the importance of managing cash
- I try to look for the reactions of the others on the call as their colleagues speak as it can reveal the true situation rather than the spin. The CFO didn't seem particularly engaged early on, however he seemed on top of his brief when he spoke
- (prospective) profit margins were better than I expected
- Expiring inventory wasn't great to hear, and I assume they will write this off 30 June to have a clean the slate
- Dealing with the 3rd tranche of notes sounds like a challenge (another CR in the financial year?). Certainly a point of stress for Sam.

Overall, feels like this will take a year or more now to show its potential (or the opposite). I don't expect we will hear much about orders till year end, so what else is out there that will result in a re-rating of the stock in the interim?
