    @LongTony so, does it goes along the line that, as far as the minimum cash backing of 2.5 mil is available for the corresponding 2.5 mil con notes number then the note holders won’t be able to convert the 1/3 of outstanding shares at “face value” ( face value at 1c !!?).
    And thus the floor conversion price of 2.5c and upper Cap price conversion conditions will determine the conversion price instead of 1c price per share conversion?
