the problem with their last CR was the share was solid at 10 cents for weeks, and they told insiders they could have a cap raise at 7 cents, so the insiders sold their holdings down to mid 7s; and just replaced the shares with the 7c (sophs only) CR; that caused the share to fall 30% in a short while - on NIL bad news, in fact there was good news all about; that was a poor move by management

you are likely correct PL, that management should make the current dream a reality (a profitable reality) before onto the next dream... I agree with that thinking
