Wipe away the market cap and the underlying value of the stock lies in its stock on hand, IP and contracts. Right now, they have approved products in market, however said products aren’t generating substantial revenue to quantify enough to break even. One off IP payments at this stage will cease unless they can produce the product under the agreement and ongoing revenue deals are made. Outside of this, they have $10M USD in services contracts with other firms who could walk elsewhere at any time and $10Million cash, enough for 12 months.
Highly valuable to me needs to have a larger underlying basis for sustainability and success or is currently already successful. Hologic as example is highly valuable. Lumos, whilst making the company staff a good income, is not currently highly valuable.
