LDX has a full flu season in the US this coming financial with both products in market and a large number of distributors.

Ongoing annuities from the Hologic deal expected when they release a product. Until then, they are still to receive $600,000 for phase two and $4.7M on the completion of a working protype.
Most of their revenue since inception was based on ongoing services revenue which is likely made on bulk payments throughout the quarter on a net30 or net60 basis. They have more than Hologic and history has shown they maintain consistent services revenue.

I like LDX and I think Doug has been very professional i am just trying to justify the crash from 10 cents. I was bullish then but am less bullish now until confirmation of product uptake etc. We are down 64% from the day I witnessed the market depth be manipulated into baiting a gap on open into a relentless short.
