There has to be something that we are unaware of which is preventing this stock from rising. The management really are not looking after the shareholders very well. What could possibly be the problem? The only thing i can presume may be happening is that the very wealthy friends of the directors have been told that a major game changing decision or event will occur in the near future and they were told to push the price right down and load up. The buy side is looking unrealistically ridiculous. It does not make sense otherwise.
