Hologic in the past 6 months have paid $10.4M USD to LDX which is more than our market cap. They clearly like our IP (40+ approved patents) and have been dealing with Lumos for several years now.
It would be foolish for Hologic to negotiate another $10M+ USD IP deal for another disease. They would be smarter to propose a takeover at 7c+.
We would be just a rounding error for Hologic who have a $25B market cap, plus the weak AUD makes it an attractive idea.
As for the lack of director buying, they would be in a blackout period if anything material is pending.
I'm very interested to see how this company trades during the course of the year.
