You want to test for disease 'A' Dr Jones on a national basis?



Great - we will design a test that fits our machine and it will cost you 'B'


You pay us in stages until you are happy it works.

We will update our software and kits and charge you 'C'

You test for 'A', we will charge you an upfront 'B' + 'C' and you bill the patient to cover your costs and make a few $$ - lets call that 'D'


In exchange all you need do, Dr Jones, is sign a 20 yr contract paying us a royalty annually - lets call that 'E'

So Dr Jones gets his kit built to test for 'A'

LDX get upfront payments of 'B' & 'C' and an annual payment for 20 yrs of 'E'

The patients insurer pays 'D'

That about right @FindMyBroker - except multiply that by possibly 50 - 100 diseases over the next couple of years?
