    "non-refundable" will do it for me. $5 million US now and another $5 million end of June guaranteed. IP rights related no or little costs involved. The other <$5 are attached to KPI's and will require some works/costs over next 18 months.

    this has de-risked us from more dilution in these early days. With all these supply partners coming on a substantial amount will be needed for stock and investment into the supply chain.

    this $10 million USD is perfect timing for LDX and the market knows it.
