Interesting decision. The Covid-19 RAT market does seem to very saturated, and even if domestic supply in Vic and Aus was prioritised, I wonder how profitable it would really be.
I think there is better potential in ViraDx than CoviDx anyway. The comment from Doug Ward was spot on. 'Lumos needs to focus on leveraging its existing assets rather than investing in new assets.' IMO, the company will be better served pursuing opportunities in the US, Canada and the UK with ViraDx and FebriDx, in addition to its other commercial services business.
