. Fair call. In penny stock land you cannot always expect High Class Management and sometimes you have look more to the value of Assets. It was a knee jerk reaction to sell out but I did think it would fall further to .002 and to add if there was no change in Govt in Zambia you could have kissed the Investment goodbye after more $$ down the drain in Legal action.
This is an unexpected reprieve so I will be watching as it still was the 'Joint Venture that failed in their duty' in the first instance and everything flowed from that so not a cut and dried case of Corruption at this point. Bad choice of Partners I would say.

And yes things can turn around but people do not change.
