Uranium exists at Lumwana. Barrick and the previous owner (Equinox) previously made statement about stockpiling this material for future processing when the time and economics were right.

The ore that contains this material in my opinion will have needed to be mined to make progress for other ore, hence it has been moved from its natural state (in ground) and been stockpiled. The definition of mined/produced is the semantics Barrick will be arguing in my opinion.
The flowsheet at Lumwana does not allow for Uranium processing/production to be produced and a new plant needed to be built there to do this and this hasn't happened as far as I'm aware. . There is nothing to read into this in my opinion.
There are a few deposits in South Australia that share similar characteristics and one major one which is a producer.
