So, either you can just wait it out until the dates outlined in the initial announcement and if all goes according to that plan you will get your 19c per share in October. The other option is you can sell on market and you MIGHT get 18.5c per share depending on how many you are trying to sell. You won't get 19c per share selling on market as no one will buy something that will eventually be sold for the same price (would actually lose money due to brokerage).
There is another alternative which I believe is very unlikely, and that is K2Fly lands some more contracts like the above in the next couple months and someone counteroffers Accel-KKR's offer of 19c with something like 20-21c.
In my opinion there is not much to lose by just holding till October and getting the 19c. If you are impatient, you can try your luck at selling on market at 18.5c. Is all up to you and your risk tolerance.
