If the offer was unsolicited I would tend to agree with you but given they have been soliciting offers for some time, unless this is a tree shake, the likelihood IMO is not high.
If you are selling at a gain, congratulations, I always try and look at it from the perspective that we are all here to make money and a win is a win.
If you have been stuck watching this stock in decline for some time, I am happy to take the opportunity to exit and look for the next adventure.
Each to their own of course and DYOR.
