Weekly chart of WOA. no change in volume and price still held down by the moving averages. This means the stock is unlikely to move into an uptrend without significant news that the market did not expect. The last two news items were solid but more progress updates than something new demanding a re-rate.. For WOA to get going we need to see accumulation happening - being increased buy volume and price to get back above the MA's and preferably to the $1 mark and then setup for a move out of this sub-$1 range. probably to the $1.20 zone.
