The other issue we should discuss is the communications/investor relations approach.
There are a few things I can't understand about the way they handled this.
How did they not understand that the initial unfiltered reaction to this would be negative?
That apparent failure seems to have led to the gap between the AHA presentation and the follow up conference call.
Why not apply for a trading halt spanning the whole period - ie from before release of the data to after the conference call?
