Its hard to Grow rapidly with a 3-6mth delay between the sale and the installation and thats why i reckon they only averages 40 new customers a 1/4 and why Karl is worries a competitor might sneak up and why they need to get their average sale up towards 150k. They need to spend more for quicker installation or somehow make the process quicker as per CYCL, otherwise as ive said before it will take years to get another 1% market share.
