Has anyone noticed how Karl is lining up non-management friendly shareholders ahead of the AGM vote? First CTO sacked (some cost benefits in that, so net long term positive) - no comment on though on the repayment of the outstanding legal fees loan though???. Now, 68m shares issued to a former colleague. Still nothing from the Livetiles Board on how the Company's remuneration policy will change in response to shareholder dissatisfaction, just manoeuvring in the background to align "friendly" votes from non-Board members.
