Thats a good point about the %55 and now declaring the ARR. Would be great to know how many licence's they have signed so far and what the price range is per licence.

Signing amazon would have been a massive deal so doubling in price would seem reasonable i would assume.

I also know they where in talks with walmart and they employee millions. I have a feeling lVT saw this as great potential to cross sell and $10m was going to be cheap.
