In a way I'm not surprised by this announcement given the withdrawal from the debt facility. Which on its on makes me nervous.
A general concern (happy to be enlightened)
- I was under the impression the strategic review concluded that prior M&As complicated internal politics and disjointed the product offering somewhat. Fully understand the need to continue to develop and improve however was just of the view of trying to simplify the current offering first.
- Another being is this a way to artificially bump there performance charts and hide behind some root problems that are currently happening? Only being skepticle as we've seen this all before and it is clear at the moment that 'the fastest growing tech company' was basically all inorganic growth
