Ann: LVT makes strategic acquisition of Digital Workplace company, page-9

The company generates 1.4m revenue a year. Cant see how that will bump up the performance to much. Also they state its to compliment the new lvt marketplace and to simplify the products. It will work separately and it has 20 employees and have 24 months to generate 4m revenue which means it would be profitable in the millions.

Not sure what kind of marketplace LVT is looking to create but if its for the better of company like Reach was then all good.
