I would need to look more into Appen to see if a turn around could happen but I wouldn't go as far as to say that it has more or less of a chance of turning than livetiles. I would wait till after December qtr to decide that but at the moment I feel management at livetiles have taken some great steps to turn it around, streamline it and grow rapidly.
