yes thats what i thought about reach in that its mostly a communications tool but i asked because if livetiles is focusing on just reach and not its intranet then how likely are they to get large clients which have mostly desktops. Livetiles should focus a lot on streamlining their intranet implementation and reduce the cost in this.

Not sure how much more reach can improve other than to add the same tools and features as its intranet product. If they can do that then Reach will be a beast.
