    The question is for what will they use these funds. If its because growth has rocketed and they need extra money to support the growth then its a great thing. If its for R&D then again for a great thing.
    Clearly its not for ongoing expenses because they have 10m cash plus about 60m in cash receipts coming in which will put them at CF+.
    We wait to see what they say.
    Personally iI love that they have it as back up and are not diluting my holdings. Also I get to buy at these super low prices.
