I'm glad they've learnt from the failings they had last time they had a large deal to announce to market and reported this new deal with as much detail and transparency as possible.

I like the inclusion of when the RFP was released by Nestle -- back in December 2020. A full 6 month timeframe to close the deal, and that's with Nestle actively seeking an employee software solution. It just goes to show how long these types of deals take to close. You could imagine how long it'd take to close a deal with a company that isn't already fully committed to purchasing new enterprise software solutions.
