Mind you, if they only count ARR as a percentage of the deployed solution as it goes live, it may not be fully reported in the ARR number for Q4. It may be added gradually over the new few quarters depending on the speed of the implementation.

I do however recall seeing in the Q3 presentation that there 400,000 more seats due to go live in the EMEA region in Q4. Not sure what the value of that is in terms of ARR. But sounds fairly significant.
