    I apologise for incorrect statement, I just rechecked the course of sales and only about 9000 shares were traded pre 10:14am. I must have seen the number of buy/sell orders after this.

    none the less I'm still curious as to why there was a delay between having this announcement at hand vs when the market was made aware.
    also- how this information was able to be obtained for a news article pre release..?
