its not really the comms that adds value its the insights to behaviour. Lvts ability to provide management with behaviour of its employees in regards to how well their intranet is laid out is fundamental to a top performing culture within an organisation. If employees feel informed, empowered and are able to get what they need with increased efficiency thats gold as far as im voncerned. Very hard to put value on that when selling the product and needs management to see through tangle value as well as the intangable. Giving management the ability to monitor and adjust where nessasary is quite powerful.
