Seems a bit strange, not sure if such agreements are common.
Company says it receives the full amount so it can say it has a $6 millon dollar deal but then reinvests $5.1million back to Lanstead in some sort of weird share agreement and will only receive as mush back as the share price equivalent at the time of each monthly payment.
Really it just an agreement to issue shares at the market price and is not a $6m deal.
