When will some corporate body take a bloody stand on the behavior of officers of this public company? A public company is owned by it's shareholders and the directors are supposed to do what is right for the company and it's shareholders first.

Lining your own pockets with shady deals and transactions is criminal. This site (Hotcopper) is constantly watched by the authorities. If enough posts are made it will eventually get the attention required to instigate an investigation.
