good post marty. from 1990 till 2004 my job as a chemist involved taking product from lab batch to plant batch for scale up. i was responsible for the plant procedure and scale up. i would say that our first pass plant batch ran at 99%. yes we did sometimes have difficulties but imo this is not the major hurdle. the major hurdle is , does the finished propellant do the job in the field. if it does then lwp market cap will be in the 100's of millions of dollars.
