Guys, emails have been sent this afternoon to management with lots if questions about the Equity Investment. To be fair I was a bit gobsmacked with the announcement as there was no clarification on the $935K Equity spend.
PLEASE CONSIDER THE FOLLOWING: Like always I go straight to the FACTS to assess the lie of the land with this 4C.
Good points about this Quarterly.
* R&D spend is less than we all expected.
* They have cash in the bank for next 2 years of operations. We are talking millions not hundreds of thousands.
* They are saving costs by putting the Pilot Plant into maintenance mode.
* When the US dollar rises and the Aussie dollar moves there will be a positive adjustment in the foreign exchange for LWP.
Questions about the Quarterly
* What are the Equity Investments?
* Are they shares in the ASX?
* Is it blue-chip investment stocks?
I will wait and see what the weekend holds as people digest and consider this announcement. For my position and sentiment, at this time, it remains unchanged.
