Seems a bit of a hot cop out to blame members of hotcopper for their falling share price. I would say that lack of information when it was needed to reassure shareholders most was their wrongdoing.

If you leave people to speculate and they find out the lengthy actions of one neighbor through a volume ticket, of course people are going to speculate the worst.

Obviously some things people have come up with such as the loans have been unfounded, but blaming discussion on HC is just an easy way out in my eyes.

If that was the real reason for the fall, that would have been provided as a reason to the ASX when they got a ticket, not that someone has been trying to sue.
