Agreed, is it also a home? If so they are in an industrial disctrict, you can't expect peace and quiet.

As for the announcement, I have already purchased a new lot. This will bounce back to original levels of around 0.5+ soon enough, patience is the key. Manegement have done a wonderful job, and seem to be quite busy with R&D, talks with significant figures, and have even been monitoring the forums. Nothing to worry about here.

All though, the loans are a little bit of a worry, it's nothing to drop the SP so significantly.
