my take was the MC asked why hasn't a big oiler t/o LWP?
SK something like it everything has its price.
MC asked what would that price be?
SK said if it was before Pilot Plant operating and before India J/V project operating, that price would be around 4c.
But if it was after the above were operating, that price would be around 10c ps
