I guess some things stick out.
deal in India, actually WHEN do Indians pay the US$1m cash? is it actually cash, or something else, like set-off or something??
as a 60% J/V partner, it means LWP will have to front up 60% of costs to get Panu operational.
Royalties mean nothing until they actually sell something.
also, royalty of exactly what? is is sales, or is it a net figure like % of profits?
the other big issue for me is, has anyone actually proved that this LWP proppant works??
I don't think so.
the big issue (positive one) is that the fraccing process, and the supply of proppants, is such a big cost issue for all these US producers. so if LWP product is accepted by market, then it is big time.
what I was told at an O&G conference, is that these producers actually have to go back into these wells to refracc, because the stress pressure actually compresses the proppants over time. so the oil reduces flow because of the pressure. so is a R&M type of situation.
