The Brisbane pilot plant is the only current facility to manufacture LWP's proppants. They would have produced different batches of proppants using the different fly ash which I assume were all sent off for testing.
These test results should have specified any differing results using fly-ash from different countries.
It seems a bit of a rushed report which is a bit strange after all this time.
