you are dead right. all views no matter how unpalatable they are to shareholders with different views must be aired. this issue was raised by hc posters some time ago anf no one from company took any notice. their due diligence was anything but. the management who made this decison should forfeit all performance shares bonus etc [ if there are any] and also put forward a plan to rectify their mistake and a plan to bring back some wealth to the shareholders. i wonder who has been dumping these shares at 0.002c of late. i hope it wasnt management and their associates. this mob need a good shake.
