Maybe GH is travelling to NZ to help with Management boots on the ground.

Paul Angus (Technical Director) is retained via a Consultancy Agreement, provides technical consulting services to the Company pursuant tothe Consultancy Agreement summarised in Section 9.2.2 of the Prospectus at a rate of NZ$220 per hour to a maximum of NZ$1,760 per day.
