All very true long term. I agree with you. Still not a single comment about next year or two which is very important when making investment decisions. Decision like buy now or wait for things to settle. Simply tell me why you think the right thing is to buy now rather than wait? What is the upside potential of buying now vs waiting a year or two for things settle. What is the down side risk of buying right now. A well worked out argument should cause me and others to start buying, NOW not latter.
