Nah, it is fine.
They are likely doing this to obtain additional time to complete Kalgoorlie.
Whilst it would be nice to continue cracking and leaching in Malaysia, it is not going to happen under this current government (and it is difficult to see any prospect of an appeal being successful).
They can close that section of the plant down in Malaysia once Kalgoorlie is completed and reopen it again if the political winds change in the future.
