Also, Lynas has considered other contingencies, again IF Kal not on time. No, this is an actual appeal against the decision not to permanently, fully, totally remove the conditions unfairly attached to the licence. What's more, the wording in the announcement by Lynas suggests that Lynas' application to have the conditions removed, wasn't even considered. "Failing to consider Lynas' application" If so, it's shocking and disgusting but not at all surprising, from Malaysian authorities.
