I think your pretty off base on this comment. AL inherited the plant in Malaysia and imho done a good job getting ROI despite hurdles. I think her problem solving style fits the current situation and I wouldn't want her leaving until KAL (probably the US too) is up and running and Lynas ready for the next stage.
