Both coarse and fine REE was present.
Until the core samples are analysed to make an estimation on how much REE is there we can't make any financial or economic predictions on the value of this information.
Further core drilling would need to be done in the area to make accurate deposit estimations by surveying the width of the deposit and its depth In those areas. This will give the cost of extraction and then we can calculate prospective profits depending on REE prices.
