Think Lynas and the US DOD is about Heavy Rare Earth Processing. Lynas and Malaysia is about Light Rare Earths.
Lynas currently sends its HRE for(mind my ignorance on the exact terminology) processing into end product. With the JV with Blue Line and the US DOD, HRE concentrates go to the US
None of the HRE has anything to do with Malaysia operations. And i guess they can tighten that contractually.
