Thanks for up date. After reading everything I am very uncertain about Lynas on Monday. I am sure Lynas is actively reviewing it right now and will tell us early AM on the 4th. some places Gov release says everybody. Other places it seems to be aimed more at publics places like restaurants and churches. I am sure Lynas can meet requirements especially at reduced out put. I guess it is up in the air again. Hopefully a positive clarification from Lynas early Monday.
I find the state reversing the fed decision than not even meeting till Tuesday unacceptable. IF they were going to reverse something important like this they should have been meeting Saturday and Sunday. Unknown is fare worse than even a negative reply.
