I'd rate this as roughly on a par with the Nd-Pr separation where they repurposed a SX battery to do the job. Maybe a bit more as there are >1 separations.
The good news it the LAMP is very flexible; the machinery is all the same and it's a tweaking of the chemistry that repurposes the SX.
For those winging about the slowness of the Texas developments, remember Lynas had no one on the ground during covid and then a Blue Line divorce.
I'd rate this as roughly on a par with the Nd-Pr separation...
